Chakras, literally meaning "wheel" or "circle" in Sanskrit, are located along seven major energy centers of your body, and are the gateways to the flow of life-force energy known as "ki", "chi" or "prana". When these centers are balanced we feel happy and full of life and energy; when they are blocked we feel sluggish, tired, and out of balance quite often without knowing why.

Chakra Balancing uses a combination of sound therapy, aromatherapy, light touch massage, special Chakra essential oils, and energy work.
